Can I change or cancel an order once it has been submitted?To cancel your order, you need to reach out to our Customer Support team. Please email your order number to supportcenter@jmarkpublishing.com and request a cancelation. If you do not have your order number, please let us know the method of payment, title of the book, the name of the author, and your complete shipping address for the order. Note: If an item is already in process or has been shipped, we may not be able to cancel your order.

Why was my order cancelled/backordered?Although we may try to contact you by phone or email regarding payment status, we reserve the right to cancel or place a hold on any transaction without further notice. Common reasons for hold or cancellation are: - your billing and shipping addresses could not be validated - your backorder request expired - your payment could not be validated in preparation for shipment For more information about the status of an order, please send an email (including your order number) requesting a status update to supportcenter@jmarkpublishing.com.

What is J. Mark Publishing's return policyJ. Mark Publishing accepts returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is in its original condition and is accompanied by a valid proof of purchase. Refunds will be processed in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase. For more information, please contact our customer service team at supportcenter@jmarkpublishing.com (cost to return the item will be your responsibility).

How long does shipping take?Please expect it to be 1-3 weeks before your order is shipped via media mail through USPS. Due to ongoing COVID-19 precautions, we are experiencing slower than normal order fulfillment and shipping timeframes. We apologize for any delay and thank you for your patience. *Backordered titles will ship when available. If the backordered title does not become available within 90 days, that portion of your order will be canceled, and you will not be charged for that item.* Please note: Business days for processing orders are Monday – Friday, excluding holidays.

Can I get a replacement copy of a damaged book?If you have purchased a damaged book, you should return or exchange it at the place of purchase. If that fails, we will replace the book if it has a manufacturing defect. Manufacturing defects are: missing or repeated pages, pages from another book bound in, incorrect binding that cuts off part of the text. We will not replace copies which have become worn or damaged through regular use or due to fire, flood, or accident. To obtain a replacement book, please contact supportcenter@jmarkpublishing.com.

When will my pre-order ship?Pre-orders for titles with a future on-sale date will not be shipped until the title is available for sale. Your order will be charged to your card and you will receive a shipping confirmation email when the pre-ordered title is on the way to you.

Why should an Author publish with J. Mark Publishing?J. Mark Publishing offers a substantial publishing package including a knowledgeable digital sales team, superb quality cover designs, a dedicated publicist, social media tools and marketing, and an experienced in-house Editor. Book royalties are 55% of net sales. There is no advance.
